The process

Apply & get approved
Submit your application. Our team reviews it and approves coaches who meet the standard. You'll hear back within 3–5 days.

Get matched with students
BlueDive pairs you with students based on your expertise and their needs. You'll get their goals and context before the first session.

Coach via our platform
All sessions happen through BlueDive-issued meeting links. No personal contact exchange — your privacy is protected too.
04
Get paid after confirmation
Once the student confirms each session, BlueDive releases your payout. Fast, clean, no chasing invoices.

BlueDive sets session rates based on your expertise level and market demand. You keep 75% of every session fee — we take 25% to maintain the platform, handle payments, and keep sending you students.

Invoice chasing. Ever.

⚠ What's not allowed — and why

Taking students off-platform for direct payment. If a student offers to pay you directly, decline — it violates your coach agreement and removes your payment protection.
Sharing your personal phone number or email with students during active coaching relationships. Use BlueDive-issued meeting links only.
Coaching outside your approved subject areas without updating your profile first.
Any contact with a student outside of BlueDive sessions during the coaching engagement period.

Violations result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts. We protect both coaches and students by keeping everything on-platform.
