1. About BlueDive TechLab

BlueDive TechLab provides online technology education programs in Business Analytics, Health Analytics, Cybersecurity, Governance Risk & Compliance, Data Analytics, and Project Management. Contact us at info@bluedivetek.com.

2. Enrollment and Access

By completing enrollment and payment you receive access to:

• All video lessons and course materials for your enrolled program
• Weekly live instructor-led sessions via Zoom or Google Meet
• Assignment submission and feedback
• Access to the student community
• 1-on-1 mentorship sessions (2 per month)
• Career placement support
• Your completion certificate upon finishing the program

Access is granted for the duration of your program plus 6 months for recording review. After this period access to live sessions ends but downloaded materials remain yours.

3. Payment Terms

Full Payment

A one-time payment of ₦399,999 grants immediate full access to your chosen program. No further charges will apply.

Installment Plan

You may choose to pay in 4 monthly installments of ₦100,000 each. The first payment grants full access immediately. Subsequent payments are automatically charged monthly using the card details saved at enrollment. If a payment fails:

• You will be notified by email
• A 7-day grace period is provided to resolve the payment
• If payment is not resolved within 7 days, access may be paused until the outstanding balance is cleared
• Your progress and data are never deleted — access resumes immediately upon payment

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. To request a refund:

• Email support@bluedivetek.com within 14 days of enrollment
• Include your full name and enrollment email
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

After 14 days no refunds are issued. For installment plans, only the first payment is refundable within 14 days. Subsequent installments are non-refundable.

5. Student Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful, personal educational purposes
• Not share your login credentials with any other person
• Not record, redistribute or resell any course materials
• Treat instructors, mentors and fellow students with respect
• Submit only your own original work for assignments
• Not use the platform to harass, threaten or harm others

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content including videos, slides, assignments, and written materials are the intellectual property of BlueDive TechLab. You may not copy, distribute, sell or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of your program including all assignments and the capstone project. Certificates are issued in your name as registered at enrollment. Name changes after certificate issuance require a written request and supporting documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlueDive TechLab provides education and career support but does not guarantee employment outcomes. Job placement rates are based on historical graduate data and may vary. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from use of our platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
